Full Time, Taupō
The role and responsibilities:
This is a full-time, client facing role in the heart of our business. The person in this role will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be the ‘face’ of BFA, providing an exceptional customer experience. The role covers 3 key aspects, being:
- Front of house
- Marketing Support
- Administrative Support
To be successful in this role you will:
- Provide high quality administrative, marketing and client relationship support
- Be friendly, outgoing and professional.
- Have strong interpersonal skills that help maintain positive relationships with our clients and enhance the culture at BFA.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be well presented.
- Have an eye for detail.
- Have the ability to multitask and manage distractions.
- Have a proactive approach to your work and the initiative to suggest improvements where warranted.
- Have the ability to take on administration projects and run with them.
