Deb joined our team in 2022 and works as a Business Administrator in our Finance & Administration Team. 

She has over 25 years’ experience in project management, business financial administration including accounting and payroll across a variety of sectors. A large part of her experience is with large Māori Trusts in the Forestry, Agri and Commercial sectors. She is also a Trustee of Raukawa Settlement Trust, Raukawa Charitable Trust, Raukawa Iwi Development, is the Chairman for the Raukawa Audit & Risk Committee and is the joint Chair of the Waikato Regional Council through JMA. 

She’s a keen advocate for not-for-profit organisations and likes to give back to her community and credits this to her parents’ teachings. She has volunteered for Taupo Hospital & Health Society, Taupo Budget Advisory, Taupo Coastguards as Treasurer for many years and is the Chair of the Lake Taupo Basketball Society.

Outside of work is a keen weaver and comes from a family of golfers with both her son and nephew picking up a golf club at 3 years old.
