Lynette was raised on a beef and sheep farm near Gisborne so her experience started young. She has a wide breadth of knowledge of most industry groups but, after spending 17 years working as an analytical chemist in the agricultural sector, her expertise lies in farm accounting and compliance for other small to medium – sized businesses. 

Lynette’s aim is to keep procedures as simple and clear as possible through improved work processes, standardization of procedures and the use of technology. Her focus is on providing the best possible service to clients and she takes pride in delivering a client centred service. 

In her spare time, Lynette enjoys a round of golf and overseas travel.
