Our General Manager, Murray, has called Taupo home since 1993. He has over 40+ years’ experience in the banking and finance sector and, in this time, has built extensive networks and connections across the region and built a deep understanding of the industries across the Central Plateau. In his role, Murray manages all aspects of our business and strategy, and provides expert guidance and support to all staff.

Committed and passionate about the Taupo district Murray seeks any opportunity to support the area’s growth and prosperity, and has been, and continues to be, an active member of many sporting, charitable and business organisations.

In his spare time, if it’s not filled with family time, you’ll find him skiing (water & snow), kayaking, biking, tennis, as well as spotted at cafes and getting in the odd bit of travel.
