Congratulations to Sarah Lloyd, who has recently been appointed as a director of BFA.
Sarah was born and raised in the Waikato and completed her a Business Management Degree with Honours at Waikato University. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2014 and joined BFA in 2019.
She has many years of experience specialising in tax planning, international tax, business valuations, asset protection, budgets/forecasts, strategic and succession planning. She is also skilled with xero implementation and ensuring clients are up to date with the latest technology.
Sarah enjoys identifying problems and solving them and is committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals. She loves that BFA has a strong focus on business advisory work and is looking forward to the new challenge of being a director.
When she’s not in the office, Sarah loves the outdoors and particularly enjoys spending spare time cruising around Aotearoa in their caravan with her husband. With teenage sons, she also gets involved with their sports activities and is, currently, responsible for keeping the score for her son’s cricket team – a task that suits this dedicated accountant.
